As a company registered in the European Union we respect and value the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). The GDPR policy explains how we collect and treat any information you give us. You won’t find any complicated legal terms or long passages of unreadable text.
We are committed to keeping your personal and business information safe. We only ask for contact information and information relating to the service we provide. For example: If we are working on an integration for you between 2 platforms, we will require access to both platforms. We’ll never use your personal information for any reason other than the reason you gave it, and we’ll never give anyone access to it unless we’re forced to by law. In a case where any information needs to be provided to a third party it will be done so with your written and verbal approval.
 

WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION DO WE HAVE ABOUT YOU?

 
We ask for contact information including your name, email address, and phone number so that we can reply to your inquiry.

  • If you do business with us, we also collect your business name and bank details and keep records of invoices and payments.
  • We do not extract personal data out of the documents you provide in order to use them outside the context of the services provided. Your documents are stored securely and are part of the contract fulfillment.

WHERE DO WE STORE INFORMATION?

 
When you contact us, we store your information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Project Management Database which is currently built within the platform ClickUp, for more information on the privacy policy of ClickUp you can check this page. These files are password-protected, stored, and periodically backed up in our systems, which are also password protected.
If you contact us by email, a copy of your messages and address is stored by our email provider Google.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

 
Any log-in information will be deleted from our records immediately after the project is completed.
Contact details (public ones) will be kept in our Project Management system for 5 years.
We do not send promotional emails, only occasional celebratory emails. For example “Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Easter, etc.) you can always refuse to receive these emails.
 

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?

 
Employees of LogiCore Tech, accountants or collaborators. All these parties are GDPR-compliant and they will be advised of their legal obligations in relation to confidentiality and professional secrecy.
 

WHAT STEPS DO WE TAKE IN ORDER TO KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SECURE?

 
Where we store your information in third-party services, we restrict access only to people who need it.
We take all possible precautionary measures to guarantee that your personal data are safeguarded. In the event of a security breach of personal data, due to theft or unlawful access, for example, we will notify the competent authority.

If we change the contents of this policy, those changes will become effective at the moment we publish them on our website.
